k so i dont really have any pimples. But my skin is red and a lil oily. im 16 years old and im on my period. I dont eat like total crap i eat healthy foods but ill have a lil junk everyday like a few chips and a cup of cerial but thats it. I drink water. I clean my pillow case and my phone. Open Question: Why does heart rate increase when you have a lot of gas and diarhea?

I am currently experiencing Tachycardia/irregular heart beats , but not as bad as the other two times I had it (its my second time having it in less than a month btw). I was really gasy yesterday, but not as much today. Does burping help my heart rate slow down/go back to normal? I heard it can help, but I am not sure. What about drinking lots of water? I think I have been dehydrated. I have been getting away w/ at least one cup of water a day (Ik shame on me). But I have been drinking other fluids I k I shouldn't drink so much like store bought lemonade, green tea (w/high fructose corn syrup), etc. What causes my increase in heart rate and gas at the same time? I have tried a little exercise, but not too heavy b/c I don't want my heart rate to go up too much. Oh, I took a cascara sagrada two days ago btw and I am inactive, I am usually fatigue and don't have regular bowel movements. I usually go days at a time without bowel movements. Ik that is bad b/c my body is not getting rid of toxins like it should, which I think causes fatigue, bloating, and gas. I'm only 21. Please help ASAP. I've been trying to lose weight so I've been eating small things about 4-5 times a day. But it kind of seems like a lot...and I don't really know if I'm doing it right and if I will see any results by eating like this and working out. This what I ate today, in order; -1 cup of Cinnamon and Pecan Special K Cereal with 2/3 cup milk -This cottage cheese & peach thing (one of those container things...idk what they're called haha) -1 slice of American cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo on a whole wheat English muffin - Carrots and ranch dip -Banana It just seems like a lot of food to me, and I don't know if it will help me. Voting Question: burning 500-800 calories a day in the gym?

i workout at the gym with my sister every day for atleast 2 hours, or alittle bit more. im around 5'9/5'10 ish and i before i weighed 150lbs. (15 year old; f)<----last night i checked on my scale and i weighed 145.2 lbs after exersising.for some reason my sister seems to think that the scale is only weighing based on water weight. im trying to cut down to atleast 135; no lower than that. so im kinda having trouble with my eating diet. i dont know whats healthy to eat. june 30 breakfast/lunch at 1pm (slept more..lol) 2 scrambled eggs( took out the white crap in the eggs), 2 buttered toast (the bread was oats' n wheat bread) around 2:30/3pm: 2 cups of tea and some dry roasted peanuts around 4:30/5pm: 1 waffle (NOT ego waffles, but batter waffles, that i made<---blueberry went to workout at late 6ish, and didnt come back till around 9 something burning off about 800 calories on cardio. is this healthy? oh and for dinner which was around 10, since i got back late, i just ate a waffle and a few carrots. am i burning the right amount for my body? ive been told that i eat ALOT but i cant help it; & my sis says i have a high metabalism. im having trouble knowing what foods to eat, because i just seem to eat anything that looks good. we dont really have any junk food in our house, like chips or cookies we mostly have bananas,apples,tomamtoes,lettuce, bread,meat,eggs,waffles, lots of crackers like wheat thins, milk, special k..cereal..etc we have no nutrition bars or any kind of healthy mini bars. my mom wont buy those more

Voting Question: volume of revolution and surfaces of revolution?

Suppose you have a choice of two coffee cups of the type shown, one that bends outward andone inward, and you notice that they have thesame height and their shapes fit together snugly. You wonder which cup holds more coffee. Of course you could fill one cup with water and pour it into the other one but, being a calculus student, you decide ona more mathematical approach. Ignoring the handles, you observe that both cups are surfaces of revolution, so you can think of the coffee as a volume of revolution. 1.Suppose the cups have height h,cup A is formed by rotating the curve X = f(y) aboutthe Y-axis, and cup B is formed by rotatingthe same curve about the line X = K. Resolved Question: German flag abuse...?!?

I have a German flag in my window for the world cup and I have had people (who should know better) being abusive, for example, throwing bottles and stuff at the window and shouting "f**k off Nazi and kiss Hitler's a*s". Has anyone else had any problems like that, regarding the German flag in particular?I am in the UKCommon sense should tell them it's for football cos it's the football season.I wouldn't take the flag down cos that makes me look weak and the hooligans have won. more
