He is a 9 year old cat who has never once answered nature's call outside his litter box up until about 8 months ago. I was living in a condo and my roomate got a kitten, a little after that he started to, what i believed was, marking his territory and only in my bedroom which the kitten was quite keen on sneaking into. I have now moved into a house with my boyfriend which he bought and we have no other animals, except ferrets that he has been around for years and never bothered him once. He pees on everything, clean clothes, carpets, blankets, bags and even on an expensive futon mattress. I took him to the vet and they did a urine analysis that concluded there was no medical issue and it was strictly behavioral. The house is very large and the cat is well fed, very healthy and gets an astounding amount of love and attention. I don't know whats wrong? I have two friends who have been dating for the past few years. One friend, I'll call him Sid, I've known for 10 years but he's never been a close friend. Just someone I've known for a long time. Then there is his ex girlfriend, Nancy. She has been a close friend for a few years now. But she is a few years younger than me and she has a habit of being flaky and not so much trusting. She calls me her best friend, but I've questioned our friendship several times in the past. Both of these people have flaws and each of them are wrong sometimes. All they do is manipulate each other and lie to each other. Recently, they were planning to move into a house together but Nancy backed out because she all of a sudden is a heavy drug user. She disappeared for a couple days, leaving him stranded. He is older and closer to my age. He would have been screwed and homeless but I offered him a couch to sleep on if he pays 40% of my rent. He has been sleeping on my futon in the living room for over a week now. Since he moved in, him and Nancy have been arguing all the time and starting drama. At my house and other peoples houses. She doesn't come over often, it's happened 3 times in 8 days. The last time she called him, she told him she is through with him and through with me. Then she started texting me saying she's done with me. She had no reason to do this. I didn't do anything to her. I refused to talk to her the whole day. I just turned my phone off, went to bed and was going to deal with it the next day. The next day, I responded to 20 text messages. I told her she is flaky and she hasn't been the best friend to me and she needs to respect me. She decided to come over and apologize to me. We were cool up until she ran into my house, broke in and attacked her ex boyfriend. She kept beating up Sid. She was punching him in the head and kicking his stomach. And then both of them tried to get me to turn on each other. Nancy kept telling me that Sid talks shit about me and he doesn't like me. But I overhear him tell people I'm awesome. He says that isn't true at all. He is saying she's lying. But then he told Nancy that I told him she slept with Brian. I did not say that and I only said "it's none of my business". Even though I know she did one time, a year ago. I have never said yes or no. But he translated that to yes. He was putting me in the middle by accusing me of taking his side of everything. Then she tells me he told her that I'm gonna help him put nude pictures on the internet. Which I know nothing about that either. She said he texted her all this shit. But she hasn't showed me the texts. Now one of them is lying to me and i don't know who to believe. The hardest part about this is that she talked to me and says that I'm getting an ultimatum by her. She is saying she wants me to kick him out of the house and if i don't do that, she can't be my friend anymore. But aside from that, I enjoy having him at my house and it saves me from my boredom cause i work at home and I have no other friends. But he could totally be full of shit and trying to manipulate me. Lastnight I went to sleep around 4am and I've been awake since 7am. I constantly have this feeling when I am laying down that bugs are crawling on me. I am constantly scratching and checking all the spots I scratch to see if there's a bug or a bug bite. Then I start seeing bugs in my mind, spiders especially, and I get so scared that I can't close my eyes anymore. Lastnight I even got up to lint roll my whole futon. Since I dont have a cover on it, I can't wash it. And I wash my blanket often. But I still constantly fear bugs. Especially since my friends told me the average person eats 8 spiders in their sleep throughout their life. So, not only am I constantly afraid of bugs crawling and biting me, I'm also scared that I'm going to eat one! It's totally getting in the way of sleep, and I want to know whether the doctor can fix my phobia or somehow put it under control? Or will the doc just give me sleeping pills? I love zebra print, but I think its a little too child-ish for my room, although my mother and I were thinking about painting the bottom half of the wall black, and the top half white, and then an 8" strip of zebra print wallpaper in the middle, with 3" stripes bordering the wallpaper, but I'm not sure which color, either purple, pink, lime green, or turquoise. My good friend's daughter is doing something I consider to be, at best, extremely rash, if not outright stupid. I would like for you to give what you think or the odds are of success and failure for this marriage. (ex. 70% fail - 30 succeed OR 20% fail - 80% succeed) Just like that... AND ALSO, could you place a time frame on these odds? (60%/40% failure/success, with failure happening in the first 3 years) OK, the woman in question, my friends daughter is 36 years old. She was married for 8 years to her husband and they had 3 children together in that time. I'm sure their marriage was not perfect but I am very sure my friend would tell me if he knew of any huge, typical, marriage ending problems, in their marriage. After the 8 years of marriage and 3 kids she apparently became a little bit disenchanted with the marriage, at least enough to start cruising online looking to meet someone new. She went to all of the regular sites (match.com, e-harmony.com) and some local sites but didn't really get any responses. At that time she was being honest about being married while she was looking for someone. Then she changed her MO and started telling men that responded to her ads to saying that she was separated (which was of course quite a surprise to her husband at the time...since he still lived in the house, had no idea of these happenings, slept next to his wife every night, worked every day and was all in all a good husband from what I understand) Finally! On craigslist.com, of ALL places, (I bought a used futon once on craigslist but I didn't know there were dating ads there...) she gets a response from a man. She told him she was separated and that her husband lived elsewhere. He said that he was also separated BUT he and his wife still lived in the same home, just not sharing the same bedroom. They were trying to sell their home and neither could afford to move elsewhere until the house sold... It appears that HE was being honest actually. This new man and my friend's daughter (who I will call "Polly" and I will call the new man, Don from now on for convenience sake) carried on an "email relationship" for about 3 or 4 weeks and finally made plans to meet. The two people met finally without Polly's husband knowing anything was wrong. She lied and said she was meeting a friend of hers for lunch. Then after their initial meeting she called him on his cell about an hour later, asked Don if he could get away to meet her in a secluded park later that evening. She told her husband, still unsuspecting, that she had to do some work for her dad, who has his own business. That was not unusual so the husband (we will call him Karl from now on) said, "fine." Polly came back later that evening. The next day Karl went to the computer to check his email and he found Polly's newly made up email address with the email account still open on accident. Karl started to read the emails and of course was crushed. He confronts Polly immediately, Polly says she is going to pursue this relationship with the Don. Karl, who was blindsided, realizes that he can't allow his wife to give another man a chance while he waits in the wings to see how it goes... So, it happened that Karl had a business trip coming up about a week later. He suffers through the week and then is gone overseas on business for 3 weeks. He comes back from his trip to find out that the new relationship has progressed extremely quickly. In fact, the day that he left the country Polly met Karl at Chuckie Cheese and Polly brought their 3 children along!!! (After only having met Don herself two times on her own she is mixing their kids in with this guy.) Karl moves out of the house, he told Polly her that he will always love her but he just can't stay if that is the way she is going to conduct her life. He moves into a friend's house who is on a sabbatical so the house is empty but furnished, and he waits to see what happens with this mess. In about 3 months Polly files for divorce from Karl. In the meantime Karl hires a private investigator to look into the background of this stranger named Don from craigslist to make sure he is not a danger to his children or to his wife. He spent nearly $1000 for a fairly extensive background and basically every possible kind of check a P.I. can do, and there is nothing negative on this Don's record. However, it turns out that one month after having actually met Polly, Don actually went and filed for divorce. The PI found out that he had been married once before so he was actually ending HIS second marriage to quickly (and apparently) move on to his 3rd marriage. So my poor friend's son Karl, who is like a son to me too by the way, is trying to hold together what is left of his first marriage while Don files for divorce from his second wife, with plans to marry a third! I have a friend who works as a medical assistant at an occupational medicine facility. Shegoes in at 5 pm on Friday and leaves at 8 am on Monday morning. (Supposedly a salaried position, however she took off 5 hours recently and they docked her.) Anyway, the facility allows a thirty minute break every day BUT there is such a major ordeal about forwarding the phones and contacting the other facilities and the provider on call that its kinda pointless. The facility provides a futon in the break room, a fridge, a microwave. No Shower!! Is it legal in the state of georgia to have someone working that long?I know for a fact that she is there from Friday at 5 until Monday at 5 am. I spend time with ehr while she is up there. I guess allowing friends to hang out is their way of making the long shift okay? I don't know, but I read her offer letter too last night after I posted this and it states that she is salaried at 28,080 a year However, she showed me her pay check stub and it clearly states that her pay rate is 13.49 an hour. It WAS also docked. I figured it was illegal. I just don't know the laws so thats why I was asking you guys. We just got a new kitten last night, she's 8-9 weeks old. She was living under a house with her mommy and siblings when the owners gave her to us. She doesn't run away from us, so she's not scared, but she seems to prefer dark, confined places. She was meowing all night, would poke her head out, and go back in if I looked at her. Then she finally came out, because she saw our one-year old cat, Inky (he is a male, and is at the vet getting neutered as I type this). She would go after him, but he would back away, hiss, and run off...she would keep perusing him though (I'm not sure what to think of that situation). She also hid under our roommates futon, and now his dresser in the living room. The thing that I'm most concerned with is that she will not eat or drink ANYTHING. OK people, read on.... My wife of 15 years, (we have three beautiful children) has been cheating on me with a surfer guy for about 8 months now. She moved out in October and has been living with him in a 1 bedroom apartment on a futon... We have already set up her bi-weekly weekend visits where she can pickup the kids and take them back to her Daddy's house for a day visit. I told her she cannot come to "my" house (a rental house) and use the kids as an excuse to use it as a "hang-out" to stay away from her Daddy's house, as he is constantly yelling at her for leaving the kids and me. She works full time (1st job after 10 years) and has purchased a $900 Ford Escort (the air conditioning just blew on it today, as a matter of fact...) Sooooooo, I said (me the husband), I have moved on, (I just started a great paying new job by the way people...) and am happy without her. 2 of the metal hinges underneath the futon mattress are broken but I suppose some strong glue like substance could fix that. It is a bit creaky but nether-the-less not unbearable (at least to me) I've never slept on anything better in my life than a cheap mattress and I am young so... What should I do? My room is a smallish medium 12x15, however I am an artistic, ocd/ packrat that needs some major help before my mom goes balistic on my for the state of my room and before I go crazy because it isn't perfect. We recently redid my room back in december- wall color and bed coverings etc. but I didn't get any new furniture because I don't really need it.. I am the kind of person that if someone doesn't want a good piece of furniture and I see a use I'll take it hence I have a lot of furniture in my room.. I am willing to part with some of it if I know my room will be organized and functional. What my room needs to be functional for: 1. doing homework 2. sleeping (of course) 3. reading 4. writing and painting as well as other artistic mediums 5. storage 6. be able to store my massive avalanch of clothes Furniture that I currently have in my room: 1. lateral futon (bed) - instead of opening out like a normal futon the ends move up and down to create a couch or a bed ( must stay) 2. nightstand (I made and it must stay) 3. desk chair/ desk - must stay 4. extra chair 5. reading chair (must stay) 6. book shelf (must stay) 7. portable shelving unit ( I got this from my grandparents but I'm not sure if i really need it in my room - maybe for storage???) 8. a small storage unit on wheels 9. side table 10. bean bag 11. a small shelving unit 12. hamper (obviously it must stay but it does collaspe) 13. movable/ take apart shelving unit 14. vanity/dresser - I recently took the mirror off but I can put it back on- from my great uncle 15. I have a close guy friend, who i have known for about 8 months. He is very flirtatious by nature, and very touchy- always giving hugs. He is like this with all his female friends, from what i've seen. We have always platonically flirted a little bit, but i have always had a serious boyfriend. as soon as me and my serious boyfriend broke up, the flirting became a LOT more intense on his part. he will compliment me on my appearance, text or IM me all the time, rearrange his schedule so he can see me, and want to grab dinner all the time. He would always call me "his annie". We hung out the other night and he was exceptionally touchy; he was always hugging me or tickling me or poking me jokingly. My futon was big enough he could sit on the other end, but instead he chose to sit right next to me. He would get very close to my face, presumably testing boundaries. This level of closeness and touchiness seemed a little wierd for just close friends. When he left at 2 am, he called when he got home just to say goodnight. However, i'm not stupid- i know i'm not the kind of girl he'd ever really be interested in as more than friends, nor am i what you'd call "his type". Please, no rude comments...it's such a waste of time. Ok, so we just adopted 2 older female kittens (8 months old) and brought them home. Everything is going well, EXCEPT they aren't using the litter box half the time. I think it's mainly just one of them. Anyway, the're both spayed & healthy. Here are some of my guesses as to why they would do this: 1. different litter box than they're used to? 2. we have a dog that they're not 100% warmed up to yet? 3. they're nervous/upset about the switch to a new home? I worked with my colleague until 5 AM last night taking some measurements (our normal working day usually ends at 7 or 8 PM). He is diabetic and frequently has dangerous dips in blood sugar. He also seems to have trouble functioning when he is very tired, much more than I do. He lives an hour away, whereas I live 10 minutes away from work. I invited him to sleep over for fear that he would fall asleep while driving home. I have a very good relationship with this colleague and have worked closely with him on many occasions. The problem is that I know he has other reasons for wanting to sleep over. He is both infatuated with me and painfully lonely, and I don't think he's above taking advantage of my sympathy. I have made it clear to him in the past that I don't want to date him. In spite of this he is persistent in trying to maximize his social contact with me, sometimes to the point where I feel it is conspicuous to others. As an experienced senior colleague, he is also generous and helpful, sometimes to a fault, and as someone relatively new in my field, I rely on his guidance. So here he is on the futon in my living room. He has not made any inappropriate sexual advances, but at the same time I feel "crowded" by his behavior, and I would like my apartment back. I feel that we operate on two different planes. Whereas I am frustrated that I have allowed this situation to transpire, I think he is currently in a state of bliss, and has made no move to even get out of bed, much less go home. He seems oblivious to my discomfort, even though I have even told him point blank that I am uncomfortable having men stay in my apartment. I would like to send him home without hurting his feelings, or at least bring up the subject in a way that does not seem harsh - after all he is a friend, however leech-like his behavior. Here's the problem. My 8 years old female cat, Capucine, whom is fixed, has always peed around the house. Some days, we will find a wet spot (evidently pee) on a bed, or on our futon/couch. Sometimes, it's because the cat litter is full or doesn't smell so good, at those times she might poop in the bath tub. Also, she "likes" to pee on guests' bags (if they're laying down on the floor), or anything on the floor... Anyone have any idea why Capucine does this? the last 2 weeks of summer me and my friend were staying at a beach condo complex. one night when we were hanging out this guy was yelling off the balcony with a group of people at us to get out of the Jacuzzi and come to room 209 to play beerpong with them. we thought the whole thing was so funny so we went up just to say hi after security filed them for a noise complaint of yelling off the balcony at 11. we left our number and told them wed chill the next day. we ended up sneaking out every night to party with them and started at 11am-3am. going to the beach, surfing jello shots, beerpong, stepbrothers, going to the movies and just messing around. i instantly started crushing on this guy the second i saw him yelling off the balcony. he was everything on my checklist, funny, tall, built, nice, laid back, attractive, knows how to have fun, but can still keep it real, and most importantly a little rebel. he texted me the second i left every night until we came back in the morning. one night when we were starting to get a little buzzed i challenged him to a one on one bp game. and if i won i got to paint his nails pink, he said if he won he wanted a kiss. i lost by one cup accidentally on purpose. ive kissed plently of boys before but this kiss was unreal. it felt like the whole room was spinning and not just cuz i was drunk lol. i cant even describe how amazing it was other than abslutly amazing. it wasnt that long but it seemed like hours. at first i tried to play it like it was just for the bet cuz i didnt want people getting the wrong impression. but it only took a minute before we were making out again...and then we ended up on the futon and at that moment all i could think was that i never wanted to leave, and thats when my dad walked in and threatened to arrest everyone for underaged drinking thank god he didnt c me getting on a 19yearold in the other room. we texted all the time when we weren't together and he was always the one to text first, or call, or start a conversation at-first. saying goodbye was the hardest thing ever. im not the kind of girl to get attached to guys i just met, or really any guys for that matter. but something about him made me not want to ever let go. i live 8 hours away from him and i knew that as soon as summer ended our little "fling" or whatever you want to call it would end also. but he wouldnt let it. my friend and i drove home the next day and he told me he couldnt get over it and that he wanted to talk to me everyday. at first i thought that was a little much, but it wasnt, at all. we would talk for 3hours at a time and not run out of things to say i would text him while i was in class and hed text me from work. my texting bill was over 6000 texts a month and i still wanted to talk more. he'd send the cutest texts saying he missed me and your beautifull, and im falling for you hardcore and i cant believe its all over that kiss. for 2and a half months straight, starting the second i met him till 2 weeks ago he sent me continual texts all day long. we both have lives, but we would stop everything we were doing to text each-other. the last normal text he sent was when i told him i was falling asleep at 2 in the morning and that i ws gonna crash. he texted me "i miss you so much babe, i wish i could fall asleep with you, sweet dreams i <3 u xxx." and then i texted him the next day and he didnt respond but i just figured he was busy so i didnt pay attention to it. and then i texted him the day after that, and the day after that and he didnt respond, i didnt want to be clingy so i just waited for him to text me....for 3 days and still no responce. i freaked out and thought something was wrongbut he finally responded and said he just doesnt pay as much attention to his phone anymore and that he had been working alot and it didnt have anything to do with me. but when he saw he had like 6 missed calls from me over 10 days he didnt think to call me bak once. if he was over it i would be sad, but i would get over it, i asked him if i was waisting his time cuz he didnt seem to care anymore cuz i felt like i was talking to a brick wall, and he said that im not waisting my time, and its not that he doesnt want to talk to me "again" hes just been really tired and hasnt been paying attention to his phone. hes been avoiding me for 2weeks now so i stopped trying to takl to him all together. i feel so pathetic cuz im miserable over a guy who honestly, i barely hung out with who livs on the other side of california. and i dont even know what happened all of a sudden that made him stop missing me over night. the only thing that made sense to me was if there was another girl but there isnt. or if i did something but i didnt. and ive talked to people who know him and none of them know why. i know i just have to forget about it and i think after writing out this shitty story ill be fine. i fucking hate boys. moreResolved Question: i think im schizophranic......?
im a 15 year old girl. a to c average in school. when i was little my mom worked nights and we lived with my grandma. i slept with her in her own bed on weekdays, and on weekends i slept on the fold out futon with my mother. that was until i was 14. then i started sleeping downstairs on the couch with the tv blairing. (still wouldnt sleep in my own bedroom) i have a hard time being ina room alone. start getting panicky, my heart races & i run out of the room as fast i can to be with someone. I remember having names for these "people/things that lurked around me" i would draw pictures and show them to my ma trying to tell her my problems (age 7-8) I just watched a documentary about Jani the 7 year old with schizophrenia. And she has most all the symptoms i had when i was little. I find myself always depressed i want to kill myself everyday, i have no friends. im always tired but i can never get to sleep. i have trust issues with everyone i look around my shoulder to see whos around me all the time. i feel like there are spirits or something lurking around me 24/7 i have to have blankets over my head to sleep at night & all my limbs must be on the bed. i think i have border line personality disorder also because i have freak outs almost everyday over nothing. like someone spilling milk on me or ripping my paper etc, dumb things. My cat Flora is a 4 year old that I adopted from an animal shelter 8 months ago. If it helps answer this question, it should be noted that she was in an abusive/neglectful situation before being in the shelter. She does not come out much during the day, preferring the futon in the basement or under the bed upstairs. When I first got her, she hid behind the washing machine in the basement for two weeks. Recently, she has reverted back to hiding behind the washing machine, something she has not done in months. She comes out around 8pm for her food, and is very sociable for the remainder of the evening. Recently, though, she has stopped eating her wet food altogether, and is eating the same amount of her dry food. I have not noticed any change at all in her water consumption. I should also note: she has never come when called, won't let anyone pick her up, and is a VERY vocal kitty after dark. LONG STORY SHORT: she is hiding again during the day in places she has not hid in months, and has changed her own eating habits. I have scoliosis, at 9 years old I was found to have a mid thoracic curve at 42 degrees and I was fitted for a brace, a year later I was found to have lumbar curve of 38 degrees. I wore the brace till I was 13, refused to wear it during junior high. I am now 23 and I've now been waking up for the past 7 years with horrible back pain. I often wake up in the middle of the night because it hurts so bad. It is not the bed, I've been in 5 different beds in the past 5 years, also tried a rocking chair, couches, futon... I have found out that if I sleep in certain positions it helps, like a pillow between my legs, I suppose to straighten my spine, but it is not very practical, I move a lot during the night. I've tried the 8 hour back Icey/Hot patches and they don't work, it seems to make it worse. Anyone know of a remedy to help back pain during the night?Thanks for the suggestions! I'm 14, and I have a hard time sleeping. I toss and turn a lot before I fall asleep, and it usually takes me a while to fall asleep. I feel sore, groggy, exhausted- basically, still half asleep when I wake up. I have MINOR scoliosis (so it's not that serious, YET), so I have back pains sometimes. So, I need a mattress to help me with all this stuff. And I kind of prefer something that's on the firm side. So should I get a mattress that's memory foam, latex, gel, spring (though I really hate spring mattresses), a futon, tempurpedic, intellibed, sleepnumber? I just got 2 new kittens. They are from the same litter and we got 2 b/c I've always found this makes adapting to a new place easier for them. They weren't litter trained when we got them. They're about 6-8 weeks old. One of them took to the litter box fine (Potar, the leader) after being shown a few times where it was, but the other (Pixel) keeps peeing (and pooping) on my futon. If the Potar is physical in the litter box, Pixel will use it. But if Potar isn't in there, Pixel uses the futon. I'm afraid if we take the futon out of the room, he'll start peeing on the couch instead. Any suggestions to encourage him to use the litter?I got some cleaner that takes out the smell completely to prevent resoiling and I got some Kitten Attract litter. I am a 32 y/o single guy and I have a unique problem here. I hope you can help. My sister Susan is a 29 y/o single female and last year, because of the bad economy, she lost her job. She has been searching for work ever since and working at various "temp" agencies. She was living with her boyfriend. One day she came home and found her stuff on the front lawn, the locks changed on the door, and a note from the boyfriend telling her to get lost. Apparantly the a-hole took off on a trip with another woman. So she called me up, crying (I don't blame her) and asked me to come and get her. When she got in my car, the only thing she said was, "I need to stay with you a couple of days." So then a couple of days later, I asked Susan if she wanted to stay while she found work. I have a 2-bed, 2-bath condo and I figured it would be better for her than staying with our parents or sleeping on a friend's couch or futon. I figured this way, she could have some privacy. I'd let her stay rent-free provided she looked for work and/or temped, paid 1/2 the grocery bill, and did her share of cleaning (I'm a fairly neat housekeeper). She could have the "guest room". My sister's a smart girl, so I thought she'd have no trouble finding a job. That was 8 months ago. Susan has since settled in. That guest room has become her room. She hasn't taken over the rest of the condo, but that room has become her little corner of the world. When my buddies want to come over, especially if we've been out at night, I have to call to make sure she's not asleep or if she's still dressed. I've gotten a girlfriend now and she's pressuring me a lot to make Susan move out. In fact, she doesn't like Susan whereas Susan has tried to make friends with her. Plus I want to convert that guest room to a bar area. The dilemna is that I genuinely like my sister. We get along well. Plus Susan has held up her end of the bargain--she's been actively looking for work but she just can't find anything other than some temp work. She's been quiet and except for a couple of minor disagreements, it hasn't been too bad having her around. But the girlfriend is really putting the pressure on me. I'm sleeping on a really, really hard bed. It's because it's a wooden futon with a slim duck feather mattress on top. Honestly it feels like I'm sleeping on a piece of wood! I can't afford a thicker mattress so I've put 4 duvets under the sheet and that makes it a bit more comfortable but it's still too hard. I have sore shoulders and like to sleep on my side. However, I'm finding that my hips and shoulders are not comfortable enough and I'm waking up in pain. my cat started to meow and pant earlier about 13 hrs ago) and i noticed a discharge. she was very affectionate and went in her box i made her and kept goin in and out of it. now for about the last 8-9 hrs shes just been sleeping on my futon...she wakes every so often to lick herself and walks around but hasn't meowed again...she still has a discharge tho..is that the early signs of labor? and if so how long could it be before i should see kittens and active labor?i hope they come soon...im kinda worried since she's a very small cat..normally skinnky and keeps to herself...her tummy seems to have hardened up the past few days..im trying to stay up and make sure she's ok, but i dont know how long its gonna be since she's been silent for hours now :) now i know how my dad must've felt lol moreResolved Question: My sister and her son and nudity?
Ok maybe im crazy but I think my sister is not being that good of a mom. She divorced her husband 4 years ago and was not able to afford to take care of her son for 2 years. She was in a custody battle for her son (who is 8) that she eventually won last year. She lives in Arizona now with her son and I decided to take a visit for a 3 days. I live in Indiana. I was a little weirded out about the nakedness situation she and her son have. She routinely walks around in just a tshirt and no underwear and sometimes nothing at all. Isn't it unsanitary for her to be sitting on stuff? My nephew does the same thing. He mostly wears a shirt but his wiener is in plane sight. I let him sleep next to me on the futon because he likes it when I make up stories and talk to me because I never see him. But it was just weird having his penis touching my leg all night the second night. I, of course was fully clothed. Am I just a prude or a loser or something, or is my sister not being a good mom? I want to use wool fabric but there are a lot of specifications I don't understand like suitable for upholstery bottom weight suitable for jackets, pants (are these durable enough?) 16 oz, 8 oz, 4oz, heavyweight, mediumweight, lightweight thread count etc. I mean, can't a lightweight fabric also hold up as a futon cover? I've had my cats for about a month. Harley is an 8 month old boy, and Princess is a 1.5 year old girl. I got them at the same time, but they were ot friends. At first she would hiss at him and/or hit him if he got close to her. He was really shy at first and comfortable under my futon, so I kept them seperated for a while. Slowly they got used to each other and she stopped hissing at him. NOW THEY FIGHT A LOT (OR PLAY). He goes up to her tries to smell her, then bite her, or hit her, she hits him back. Somtimes it looks like they're wrestling. They haven't hurt each other though, sometimes there's miawing. Should I stop them when I see them do this? Should I keep them seperated?
