Open Question: disturbing blackouts?
this has happend twice now, when i go to bed and like half a sleep, i expeiriance life like dilema's but i keep blacking out and cant see then my vision comes back again then goes, the first time i was lost and getting chased in a thug like area amd the second time i was outside my house and looking because i heard people then i blacked out when i looked, the blackouts keep going and coming during the period when i am half a sleep these have both happend 1 day between eachother... can someone help me moreOpen Question: At what time is it acceptable to stay up reading to?
It's the holiday's now, so I'm staying up reading until around two in the morning, and I don't find myself tired after waking up (I get about eight hours sleep). Is this a reasonable hour? Ok, so I know this is long but I'm begging for help here. Ever since ive been 3 i've been best friends with a girl. We grew up next door to each other, played almost ever day together, went to kindegarden together, went to school together, and even went to the same college, to do the same course. We are even so close that my mom considers her a daughter and has a photo of her on the wall. When we were 14, we started to "date" each other in our own 14 year old way, go to the cinema, hold hands, kiss on check etc.. As we got older, our relationship moved on and we became more serious with age. As cheesy as it sounds she made me feel on top of the world everyday and the happiest kid in the world. She was perfect. She was my soulmate. Then I done a terrible thing. One week she was out of the country and I got very very very very very very drunk celebrating the end of exams in a bar and i ended up having sex with a random hookup who I had never met before. I was so drunk that I couldnt even remember it. The only way I know it happened was because I woke up in the chicks bed. I felt like something at the bottom of someone's shoe. When my girlfriend got home, she found out off a girl in college who was a friend of the girl who I'd slept with. My girlfriend ended our relationship because she said that although she loved me more than anything in the world, she said that the hurt was too much. That was 9 months ago and I still pine every second over my girlfriend. My life hasn't been the same. I try to call her every day to say sorry, ive wrote songs for her, ive done everything. I havent even looked at another girl. Oh and my exgirlfriend is lovely, honestly couldnt meet a nicer girl. never did a bad thing to anybody in her life. I had a dream last night and i was walking down this road with some girl i had never remebered seeing (must have made her up) and we were talking and i was making her laugh. my leg started to hurt and i couldnt walk on it so she helped me. we walked to this house where are school was doing this week trip (sort of like a trip we had earlier this year) but it was a mix of my first school (which was like a house) my nan & Grandad house my old house and hotel! as it was the first night of this trip everyone decided to have a party (there was no teachers :P ) Me and this girl was in the kitchen part of my nans house and we were talking again. and she was laughing. someone pushed her forward as they went past and she fell into me. the next thing i know is we were kissing and everyone in the party was going 'ooooh' i woke up the next day (still dream) and over slept, every one was on the day trip and i got on a bike and went to the place and if anyone here saw the Sarah jane adventure thing with the orange pop that made everyone change. i wasn't changed and nethier was the girl. i took her hand and we escaped. i couldnt remeber the end but one thing that bugged me was i never remeber her name :( (even though it was a dream) I know this was long but my question is I felt so happy in the dream and i just want to go to bed forever and have that dream. i'm 13 and never had a girlfriend before, but i have tons of friends who are girls. should i be worried that i want to sleep forever, cause i feel so smooth in my dream where in real life i am really not and get tounge tied when i talk to most girls. Okay.. right about a year ago i found out my sister was gay. I still can't accept it, but try my hardest too. She's my older sister, and i've never liked the idea of it. I never felt the need to tell anyone about it, and i suppose deep down the real reason why i didn't was because i was scared of what people would say about me. I already get slightly teased due to my family surname and being half foreign, i couldn't be bothered with racism and homophobic people being twats. But lately, well not lately for ages my sister is with someone new and has completely changed and i could cry thinking about it. Shes started dressing weirdly, like a boy, and shes doing her makeup really thick and "clowny" looking, and taking weird pictures on facebook and i am terrified people will see them and people have. I cant get over this feeling of hating what people think and i dont know what to do. I actually feel so depressed, i hate everything. I love my sister, and when i am with her we have a good time, but when i am away from her, and when im with other people ITS constantly on my mind and i am terrified to see her. Also a few days ago, my friend mentioned i seen her relationship status, is she with someone else? and i choose not to say anything im like "oh i dont know what goes on in her life". I feel like im being selfish, and the only person i talk to about it is my mam who says im being slefish and need to accept it. But seriously no one understands me. People are already saying nasty stuff about her, about the way shes changed.. she used to be so pretty and now shes dressing scarily. Its not even the idea shes gay its the way shes acting i hate it. I dont know what to do. I am sick of my friends adding her, and trying to find out more about her, and when i tell my sister not to accept, shes like well tell them to stop adding me, and its a whole stress thing. I KNOW people will reply saying 'just get over it, accept it' but seriously its the most difficult thing ever. My son is 2 and I'm expecting another baby so my son will soon be making the transition from cot to bed. He's not quite ready yet I don't think which is fine because we still have time. The problem is we are supposed to be going to France to stay with my in laws for most likely around 3 weeks, getting home just 2 weeks before the baby will be due and every time we go and stay there, by the time we get back my sons sleep routine is a total nightmare. I'm really worried that if we go there just after getting him settled in a bed at home the same thing will happen and the last thing I want is to ge trying to settle my son back into a decent routine and dealing with a new baby. I had my son at 37 weeks so I'm worried it will happen early again. I have a job at last, kitchen staff and everyone's lacky, I am on my feet all day, and so tired when I cycle home, and for most of the day after work, but then I try and sleep and get nowhere, I lay awake for hours and just end up watching tv as I'm frustrated. What will make me sleepy? I have a warm cup of tea and a warm bath before bed, will that help? I started a while back having problems charging my advent laptop. The power to the laptop cut out every so often and eventually cut out completely. I have bought a new charger (kensington universal) and went through the exact same problem. I have only just exchanged it for a new one using the warantee and am having connection problems once again. Okay, well a week ago I was at my Sisters wedding and met my now Brother is Laws brother for the first time, the night started slow but eventually a group of us started talking a lot, me and him included. The night went on and we were having a good laugh and having a good time. Eventually everyone went to bed but a few of us stayed up at the bar to hang out, still having fun and getting on really well, I think. And the next morning we saw eachother at breakfast and he came over to say hi and have a small chat before having to pack up and leave, so I assumed he wasnt in the mood to avoid me! Since then we have sent a few messages back and forth on Facebook, starting with talking about the pictures we took of the wedding, but its getting really hard to keep the convo going, I dont know what to do. I mean, even if nothing happenes romantically I would like to get to know him more and spend some time with him even to become friends! The problem now is, he lives in Liverpool, I am in Wales until September where I will be in Blackpool Uni for my last year. I dont want to force a convo with him incase he doesnt really want to reply all the time and I cant find any reason to have an opportunity to see him. Hi all, I was diagnosed with anxiety and minor depression a few months ago. My doctor started me on Citalopram 20 mg per day and also gave me Diazepam 2mg tablets too. I didnt ever take the Diazepam as the side effects if the Citalopram werent all that bad, however after the first 4 weeks my anxiety, although numbed, was still there sometimes so my doctor upped my dosage to 30 mg Citalopram per day, 1 x 20mg and 1 x 10mg pill, Now 2 weeks into 30mg, my panic attacks are back, although a bit less than no meds, but worse than the 20mg Citalopram, the worry is making them worse. I feel anxious just heading to the shops again which didnt happen on 20mg, the only times i worried then was 'big occasions' like family parties, job interviews and weddings etc, but i didnt want to get too reliant on Diazepam so thought an increase in Citalopram would be better long term. I have taken the diazepam a few times which has helped calm the side effects a bit for a few hours. So here's my questions: 1) Are the panic attacks and anxiety back because of the increase in dose, and is this normal for a 10mg increase?? 2) Can anyonse suggest a 'routine' of the 2 drugs to help keep it stable. I.e. Diazepam 1st thinh in am then 20mg an hour later and 10mg b4 bed. I realise everyone is unique but if anyone else has any suggestions all input will be good. Basically, I had a nail infection UNDERNEATH my nail, so my nail detached from the nail bed, and broke off, I did have some nail left, but last night my little teeny nail got stuck in my blanket, and as I freed my finger, the actual NAIL BED pulled away. It was agonising. ): My finger started bleeding, so I dressed it with a low adherent pad and tape (nothing else in the house). But because the nail bed has been pulled away (just in this one tiny little place), it's really sensitive. I've assessed it today, and there's a tiny piece of nail, I'm assuming it's strong new growth (I don't mean it's grown overnight, I mean it's new growth that has taken place during treatment of the infection), because it hasn't pulled away. What should I do to care for it? The infection has gone, but my mum seems to think that the nail was weak from the infection, hence why it came off so easily. This is my pinky finger, on my left hand. Should I continue to dress it? I'm on holidays at the moment, I don't return to college until September. Cheating or as good as cheating? Ok the story goes like this......my girlfriend went out drinking in our home town, we both live away, I wasn't with her at our home town. She was staying at my parents house. on the last night of her stay she went out. She came back to my parents house at midnight (my parents were asleep but heard her come back) she made a few phone calls collected more alcohol and got in a taxi with two men she met at the pub. She came back at around 3:30 am with one of the men she met at the pub. One of my parents came through at around 5:30am because my parent had woke up. My parent found that guy in the same bed as her. As far as my parent could see she had clothes on but the guy had only a t-**** on. My girlfriend said she never did anything but I don't know what to believe. I have been really hurt by this. the other night i checked on them before going to bed and they had all gone a funny pale color no red in them at all and they wer sunk to the bottom moving very slowly, i checked my water and it was spot on as it usually is so i decided to perform a 40% water change as i didnt know what elso to do and as i started one of them sadly floated to the surface so i removed him and carried on hoping to save the rest,three quarters of an hour after doing so they started picking up and had there full color back swimming around as usual, this has realy puzzled me as i cant figure out what the problem was/is,if any one can help id be greatfull, cheers Tanyaforgot to mention the temp etc,they all ok so i realy am baffled on this one moreOpen Question: Dismantling a flexa bed?
We need to get our little girl ( 2yo) into her own big bed, and I decided to buy a flexa bed. It's just been delivered, but in the time between ordering it and receiving it (9 weeks), my husband and I decided to move. We're close to finishing a deal to buy a new house, which is great, but I'm trying to decide whether to assemble her bed here and then dismantle it and re-assemble it there (it will probably be another 8 - 10 weeks before we move), or just hold off altogether until we're in the new house. By the way, a flexa bed is sort-of like an IKEA bed, in that there are lots of bolts and slats for you to assemble. I live with the father of our son we also have a stepson who is about 7 years older then our son. My stepson mom left my boyfriend 10 years ago, and I got involved with Mike about 8 years ago, we conceived a child 6 years ago. When she left Mike there son was 2 years old. Now for the first two years of us being parents it was great. Into the 3rd year everything changed, it's almost like my boyfriends ex-is controlling what is going on in our home, my boyfriend does not like confutation at all he will run away from it. Example: When my stepson turned 8 he got an electric scooter $350.00 mine got a bounce ball which was $5.00. On our sons 4th b-day he got nothing, my stepson got $250.00 cash. On our sons 5th B-day again Justin got nothing, and my stepson got to pick our vacation he choose Florida Walt Disney. Our son just turned 6 years old, again he got nothing my stepson b-day is next month. What do you think about this situation. Do you think he is still burning the candle for his ex? My son wants a bunk bed but it does not fit in his bedroom so I suggested that we put the bunk bed in Mikes room and have the kids switch out bedroom we get my stepson when his mom lets him come over we are suppose to be getting him every other week, but we get him like once every 6 - 8 weeks. there has been alot going on the past month, and everything hes doing is giving me mixed messages. for starters, we are engaged, weve been together for 2 years, and im 8 mo pregnant with his baby girl. for the past 3 mo, he has been very distant with me, not holding me at night, not cuddling or kissing me, havent made love in over 4 months. stuff like that. he has slipped back into depression, due to struggling with bills and falling behind and always being broke, which i believe is part of the reason he is unhappy. especially with a baby on the way. a month ago i found out he was talking to a girl from work, and texting her all time but he deletes her messages as they come in. the only thing i found were pictures that were saved on his from her on is a pic of her in her underwear on the bed with her hand in her pants. the other was a face pic. he said that she got drunk and sent him the pic to see if her boyfriend would like it becuse they were having relationship problems.........lamest excuse if you ask me, but i looked past it to make things better and to work things out with my fiance. a week after that, he started going out while i was at work, i work from 2;30 -11pm. he is off work at 4. he was going out right after work and not coming home til i got off work. he said he was out with his buddy from work. he would reply to txts or answer calls while he was out. i found out he hadnt even been with his friend from work in over a month, and when i confronted him, he said i was psychotic for checking up on him and the reason he lied was because he just wanted to go out and be alone for awhile because there are times he needs his space. i have no problem with that, but then, he starts hanging out with this girl from work that i found those pics of in his phone. he been going over to her house every night after work until about 9 or 10 at night. when i ask him to leave her house early so we can go do something to gether, he wants me to wait because hes spending time with her. he says they are freinds and thats all and that he loves me and want to be with me, but i find that hard to believe. only reason i have trust issues with her is because i found those pics of her. i beleive ther is more going on than he is telling me. the only nights hes really caring and sweet to me are the nights that he has been out all night with her. am i just being paranoid, or do i honestly have reason to doubt him? i told him that if he has feeling for her to tell me and i will let him go if thats what he wants. i told him i want him to be happy and if its not me that makes him happy, then i wont be upset, but to just tell me rather than lie to me. he got pissed and asked why i would ever say someting like that. please any help analyzing his actions would be greatly appreciated. i d o not understand him. thank youi told him if i dont make him happy to go, i will move back in with my mom, he doesnt want me to leave, and he is ecstatic about the baby, that all he ever brags about is being a father and how he cant wait for the baby. moreOpen Question: newcastlve v rangers now... jeff's soccer saturday and derby v leeds on bbc1 later?

I've been friends with this guy for over three years now. We became friends very quickly and got along really well, we both like to drink until we just can't anymore and sometimes, being completely drunk, he holds me very tightly, kissing me and saying that he loves me (which could mean he loves me as a friend). Also when we drank too much we always ended up sleeping in the same bed (mine), we shared clothes all the time and most of the times we spent the whole weekend just by ourselves. A night time my Dad use to watch horror movies that use to frighten me. I'd then go to bed with nightmares. I don't know what the name of them was though. Here what they were about below.# 1. This lady was on a train when all snakes came out of her head. The conductor went to see if she was ok and opened a cupboard when this skeleton came out and made her jump. The lady lost the snakes and got off at a train station then I did not see any more as I went to bed. 2. About when some aliens came to this little boys house and him away to out of space. I have been married about 3 months now. It was a arrange marriage which we both had a choice. Since the day we got married we havent had sex but sleep in the same bed. We do get along but now and then whenever his mum or other family members mentions our wedding he says "dont mention the wedding ever again" or he will say "iv had the worst summer ever" and other remarks. I say furniture stores like Ikea because they have good prices and they deliver. I'm an American moving abroad and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for furniture stores that have online stores and deliver in London. I'm not really familiar with any popular stores and doing a search doesn't really bring up much. I bought a bed earlier this year at Ikea, a bed that I absolutely LOVE but they no longer sell it and shipping it might be a hassle but the shipping price ($561) would probably be the equivalent of buying a new one (with the conversion rate and that).
