Resolved Question: Just Bought a Sealy Podturpedic Ultra Plush Mattress??

I just bought a Sealy Posturpedic Ultra Plush king sized mattress set from a "discount" mattress store and had a few questions. It is a 2-sided mattress, but as far as I can tell Sealy hasn't made 2-sided home mattresses for a few years now. I was wondering whether or not Sealy does still make 2-sided mattresses for home use and/or when they did stop making them (to gauge the age of the mattress, itself). It has the, again from what I can tell from pics on the internet, "older" style label on the top side of the mattress which leads me to believe that it is an older, unsold mattress. There is also the possibility that it is a mattress made for a hotel/motel that is 2-sided. It for sure is a real deal Sealy Ultra Plush pillow-top that is still in the plastic wrapping, but I can't find any evidence that supports Sealy making a 2-sided mattress any time recently because all of the models on their website say "no-flip" mattress. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.I just want to know whether Sealy makes 2-sided mattresses anymore and and when they stopped making them if they did.. Thanks more

I've been married 3 years. when we got married i new my husband was cheap but i just thought it was temporary! at the time he was only making about 50k a year and he was saving to start his own business which was very understandble. He never bought anything except food and really didnt want to buy that until he got tired of eating chicken every day. the only furniture he had was from his dad because he died and left it to him. we were sleeping on the bare floor with just blankets for about 3 months then he bought a king-sized mattress only because he got it at a very discount price of $350. In the beginning of his business venture i loaned him 2000.00(which was all i had saved) at the time i was not working so i really didnt have the money to spare but i did it anyway. Now, 3 years later his business is getting off the ground and about a year ago he came into more business debt and that is now paid off so, i thinking where is my money i loaned you? how come is it that you pay every debt off before me and i was your first debt? also, i don't work by his choice but since he works a lot i was doing everything around the house even cutting grass, painting the house doing misc. repairs around the house and also doing his bookkeeping, all because he is too cheap to pay anyone to do these things. if i ask for something its always a no even though he makes 3 times what he was making when we first met. yet, he can spend $1500 at the spur of the moment on something he really didnt just need at the time. okay, he does let me keep one of his bank cards but i have to transfer the money from one acct to the next and i do buy somethings, little things here and there because if i take more than 100.00 bucks he will be asking, "where is all my money going?" so, lately i have become very sick of his cheapness and i am so ready to call it quits. yes, we are still sleeping on a king-sized mattress on the floor with clothes in boxes. all the furniture we have in the house i bought with my own money. he only wants to spend on things we wants. what am i to do. i have talked to him many times about it but he just keeps saying wait. should i just take the money myself and stop asking him for things? more

Sounds like a plan to me! No nursing home for us. We are checking into the Holiday Inn! With the average cost for a nursing home care costing $188.00 per day, there is a better way when we get old & feeble. We have already checked on reservations at the Holiday Inn. For a combined long term stay discount and senior discount, it's $49.23 per night. That leaves $138.77 a day for: Breakfast, lunch and dinner in any restaurant we want, or room service, laundry, gratuities and special TV movies. Plus, they provide a swimming pool, a workout room, a lounge and washer-dryer, etc. Most have free toothpaste and razors, and all have free shampoo and soap. $5 worth of tips a day will have the entire staff scrambling to help you. Called the store, they said with a receipt and before 30 days, I can get a store credit. I took it back 28 days later, the owner refused to take it back because it was concidered a "used mattress". It looks more like a couch that folds out like a platform to sleep on. He told me it was state law that he could not sell a used mattress. OK, I took him to court, just got the judgement in and I lost. I am so freakin mad cause he lied in court about his return policy and lied about telling me it was state law. He said he never told me it was against the law. In Georgia you can sell a used mattress, but you cannot represent it and sell it as new. His store is the type store that gets returns or unclaimed freight or something. It's not a big chain. I was honest about everything I said and still lost and the judge didnt say why. Take the money out the fountain while swimming and hand it out to people, spend it or if possible throw it from the second floor (it might hurt someone) Add strange growths to the giant lego men in the toy stores Put weird backgrounds on store computers when people aren't looking. Buy feather boa at a clothing store and hang on to the rail while waving it and screaming "Look everyone I can fly!" Stand in front of the Gap. "Fall" in repeatedly. Threaten legal action. When ever someone makes an announcement over the loud speakers cover your ears and scream "The voices...the voices...make them stop" With a friend, speak in a different language (or make up your own) and make a seen, pointing at signs and people as if they were something shiny and new that you've never seen before. Pretend you're a tourist. Walk right on people\'s heels and when they look back at you stop and look at the ceiling and when they turn back around, continue See if a yawn really is contagious.
