My puppy is 10 months old and has gotten in a very bad habit. She was out of her kennel and sleeping on her bed at about 7 months. My room is pretty big so I have a chair and futon in it. About 2 months ago I woke up in the middle of the night to find her sleeping on the futon. I made the mistake of letting her stay there and now that is "her" bed. How do I get her back on her bed comfortably? I can't lock her in another room because she scratches at the door, and it is too hard to bring a kennel to each house I am at (she is about 85lbs, so its a big kennel). I have two friends who have been dating for the past few years. One friend, I'll call him Sid, I've known for 10 years but he's never been a close friend. Just someone I've known for a long time. Even though I know she did one time, a year ago. I have never said yes or no. But he translated that to yes. He was putting me in the middle by accusing me of taking his side of everything. I am afraid to lay on the bed even though we found absolutely no signs of them. So, with just 2 bites in 3 days, do you think it could be bed bugs? Or more likely something else? Any help is appreciated because it is 11pm and I should be sleeping but I am afraid to lay down. My fear of bugs is irrational. So, help is very much appreciated. I have had this cat for about three months. She was a tiny stray when I found her next to the dumpster and I nursed her back to health. I have another cat who is older and bigger and the older cat trained her how to use the litter box I think. Either way, she was using it, but she was only using it to poop. She wouldn't use it when she had to pee. She would pee on the linoleum or on the wood. So, I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with a UTI. I gave her antibiotics and everything cleared up, but she still would not use the litter box to pee. So, I tried to retrain her by putting her in the bathroom with a litter box, her bed, her food and water, and some toys. She would still use the litter box to poop, but started using the bathrub to pee in. I don't know what to do and NOW she is peeing AND pooping outside of the litter box all the time. And it isn't just on the linoleum, it's everywhere. on couches, beds, floors, carpet, chairs. I have completely shampood the carpets to get up the smell so she won't smell it, I mop my floor every day and every time she pees, I clean out the litter box twice a day. I have picked up the poop and put it in the litter box to try to show her that this is where she goes. I have even tried that Kitten Attract litter that is supposed to make them want to use the litter box. I have no idea what to do, and I am sorry, but I am not one of those people who will stand by and clean up pee and poop fifteen times a day for the next fifteen years. If this doesn't stop, I have a friend that has a farm with lots of outside cats and I will have to bring her there and she will have to be an outside cat. She is very loving and very sweet and so I don't know if she would be happy there, but in the past three months I have spent over $600 in vet bills, medicine, multiple litter boxes and different types of cat litter to try to figure out what the problem is. She has ruined my futon cover, my comforter, and several quilts because I just cannot get the smell out. Does anybody know what I should do??? I am willing to try anything at this point. I feel really guilty about this... So I'm 16 and I hooked up with an 18 year old who I didn't know. So, the other day I woke up with what I thought were six mosquito bites that I must have gotten overnight. I passed on my futon in my living room, the day before I had JUST moved into this apartment that I know the previous owner had no bug issues with. Over the course of the day I realized that there was no way these were mosquito bites as my skin was pretty allergic to the bites, and I get bitten by mosquitoes on a very regular basis. One inconsistency with bed bug symptoms is that no bite has been anywhere near another one. Everywhere I read says to look for clusters, or a line of 3 or 4 bites. But I've only had them spaced out by several feet on my arms and legs. The reason I knew it definitely wasn't mosquitoes for sure was that the one on my arm ballooned up to around five inches in diameter and was oozing clear pus until the end of the day. I put steroidal cream on it and ate some benadryl and went to bed. I woke up the next day and the bites were markedly better! I've been without issue, sleeping on my bed in the bedroom for four days until today when I just woke up with three more bites. When I saw it in the distance, it was just looming at first. It looked like it was developing. There was at least 2 or 3 but one actually looked like a full intense wind storm taking out houses and apparently somehad already passed by because my windows were broken in. My fiance' has had some leaky butt problem for many months and he puts toilet papers in his butt and they get on the bed and it's just nasty. I don't understand why he has leaky butt poo problems, it's just gross. He won't go to a doctor because he has no insurance. That's obviously not healthy to be having poo leak out of your butt, and I'm sick and tired of the fucking poo papers in his butt and coming out all over the bed in particles of nasty. And then he tries to say it's not from him when duh, how else do they get there, I didn't put them there. I don't have papers in my butt. I don't know how he can even have papers in his butt crack and not feel it and be all uncomfortable. The entire thing is repulsive and it's putting a strain on the relationship. I'm not going to want to sleep in the same bad as him if he's got poo paper particles or leaky butt all over it. And I'm certainly not going to want to be intimate when I know there's butt papers or leaky butt going on down there. What could this be from, what is it, how do we fix it aside from seeing a medical doctor, yadah, yadah. He eats a lot of tacos and junk, I donno' if that's relevant. The last time my parents and I went on vacation was in July of 2008. We went to Miami, but the trip was awful because we stayed at a private motel that cost $25 a night. My parents slept on the queen bed while I slept on the futon couch.I asked my parents if we could stay at Econo Lodge, which cost about $40 more but at least had two queen beds. They refused. I have been with my bf for almost 4 years. I have had A LOT of medical problems for about three years. I feel he has been there for me as far as taking me to the hospital and helping me financially without a problem, but I feel he just can't be there for me emotionally. We don't live together at this point. For the last week, my heart has been racing (doc said it was anti inflammatory med I was taking), and now for past two days, i have had chest pressure. My cardiologist told me a couple of years ago that I do have some sort of heart condition. However, i also suffer from anxiety and it's hard to tell the difference sometimes. Lately, i've been really scared since I don't know what's really causing the heart symptoms. I was having palpitations on Saturday night and was scared. He actually left to go home. I couldn't believe it. I felt scared again last night b/c of the heart pressure and again he left, without first getting into a fight b/c he felt it was just indigestion/acid reflux (b/c I showed him an article online and i have been having heartburn lately) and i was "being crazy." I feel he cares for me as long as he is not too inconvenienced. Of course, he calls first thing in the morning, but it hurts that he won't spend the night especially since i'm scared. He told me to go stay with him, but his apartment and bed is small and we both wouldn't sleep. At least in my apartment, there is a futon if we need to move during the night. He has a dog at home, but I can't believe he would leave me alone b/c of his dog. I feel that if something ever happens that is truly serious he would not be there for me. This story is extremely complicated but I'll try to sum it up. This girl is my best friend. We both were interested in each other at some point but they never lined up and since I've been hesitant to ever try again because I love her so much as a friend. Everything was fine between us though up until her grandma died about a month and a half ago. She brought it up when we were at lunch one day, and almost every day the entire week we spent hanging out with some friends. I thought she had been doing OK with it up until the weekend's party. A few hours in (and a tiny bit of alcohol, but not enough to even get her drunk normally) she grabbed me tight and just started hugging me. Being that she is normally quite shy with physically touching guys, I asked her if everything was OK and she just started sobbing. Long story short, we ended up sleeping cuddled up (spooning) on a futon together. Since then things have just been ridiculously awkward. She doesn't seem to want to be around me at all. She called me and asked to go to dinner just once since then, and that itself was weird because we normally text to set up meals together like that. A mutual friend of ours hosts a gathering of all us friends every weekend, and since then she basically ignores me unless I go up and talk to her first. She set up a movie trip with some of our friends to go see inception, but didn't invite me. I found out because I walked past all our friends as they were gathering up to go and they were confused as to why I wasn't coming as well, so I made up some excuse on the spot. When I asked if she was upset with me a while ago though, she insisted she wasn't. I'm not really sure how to bring this up to her. She's ignored quite a few of my requests to get food together now, and I'm not sure entirely WHY she's upset with me. I'm 95% sure that's the first time she's ever spent a night in bed with another guy (even though we didn't do anything), but I don't know if she's avoiding me because she's mad at me for comforting her like that (even though she seemed really glad for it at the time, twining fingers, etc), or she's embarrassed she acted that way and doesn't like me that way, or if she's upset because I didn't bring it up again afterwards and she really DOES like me (I didn't want her to be confused at the time, her emotions were messed up enough as is with her grieving).
